After his academic and industry careers, he founded PEAK15health and led it as CEO through its establishment, before transitioning to a strategic advisory and board member role as the organisation moved to independent management. He has directed his passions towards ensuring others can equally access and benefit from health education to empower their lives. His ambitions remain firmly embedded in passing on generational knowledge through global public health programs. As an individual, he remains a firm believer of the 1978 Alma-Ata WHO declaration and its legacy of “Health for All”. 

With a 12 year academic career spanning multiple disease areas, his main specializations were in the fields of clinical pharmacology, behavioral neuroscience and public health from the University of Manchester, Cardiff University, Georg-August Universität-Göttingen and Imperial College London, with additional specializations from the Max-Planck Institute, and the University Medical Centre Hospital Göttingen (UMG).

Before joining PEAK15health, Pascal worked over 20 years across the health technology sector including CRO, consumer health, biopharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotechnology. During this time his responsibilities spanned leadership roles of departments and divisions at ICON, L'Oréal, Grünenthal, Shire, Abbott, and at Biogen as Head of Medical, Alzheimer's disease, for Europe, Canada and Partner markets. His combined experience extends across decades of launching global breakthrough medicines, drug-device combinations, digital therapeutic technologies, and life-saving patient access programs across all geographies. 

Supplementing his passion for public health, Pascal serves as a Fellow at the Royal Society for Public Health and Public Health Switzerland, speaking across multiple international platforms, whilst participating in clinical working groups tackling some of the world's most pressing public health issues.
