Laura Palma joined PEAK15health as co-founder and board member in January 2024 bringing 15 years of programme development, partnerships, operations and leadership experience within the education, learning and development industries. 

A trained educator, connecting learners to transformative experiences and inspiring further learning has been at the heart of her work outside of the classroom. Laura’s passion for connecting people, ideas and opportunities has driven her focus on building dynamic, cross-sector networks, and a constellation of strategic partnerships. PEAK15health perfectly marries Laura’s unique set of experiences and competencies with her ambition to build and promote accessibility to education for all.

Prior to joining PEAK15health, Laura spent over a decade leading educational programming, global events and partnerships for EF Education First inspired by its mission to “open the world through education”. Today, Laura leads organisational strategy and product development for WDHB, engaging with leading public and private organisations globally.
