Maria joined PEAK15health as Global Programs Manager and Behavioural Science Coordinator in August 2024, bringing more than eight years of experience in project management and organizational development across both the private and public sectors. Her expertise lies in driving social impact, with a particular focus on education, sustainability, and renewable energy initiatives.

She has worked in Switzerland, Mexico, Zambia, India, and the United Kingdom, contributing to a range of projects aimed at addressing global health and social policy challenges. Maria holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics, where she focused on non-governmental organizations, behavioural policy, and social impact in the Global South.
